Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews and debugging.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to handle high-volume data processing.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices are followed across the team.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to overcome complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
