Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final deployment.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and establish coding standards for the team.
- Optimize database performance and ensure system scalability to handle high traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to deliver user-centric features.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
- Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
