Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of cloud-native applications using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and documentation of code
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (Java/Python/C#)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Proven track record of mentoring junior developers
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
