Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-scale backend services and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to define feature requirements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
- Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and propose scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep experience with PostgreSQL and Redis for data management.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, specifically AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
