Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 deployments
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct code reviews ensuring security and performance standards
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to retrospectives
- Automate testing infrastructure achieving 95%+ coverage
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Proven track record leading production-level microservices
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and API design
- Experience mentoring technical teams through formal programs
- CI/CD proficiency with Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
