Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions to optimize system performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to technical strategy and architecture planning.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Ability to work on-site in Raleigh, NC or hybrid model immediately.
