Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex algorithms and system architectures.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into robust code.
- Identify technical debt and implement strategies to improve system reliability and scalability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications on time.
