Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, optimizing application performance and security.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
