Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions to optimize application performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and QA) to define features and deliverables.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to production environments.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for systems, APIs, and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue) and Python/Java.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
