Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices for software engineering and documentation.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the architectural decision-making process for new features and infrastructure improvements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or backend-heavy role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Spring).
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with database management systems, specifically PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
