Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, AWS).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and design teams to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and security.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical mentoring of junior developers.
- Debug complex production issues and implement rapid, effective fixes to ensure system stability.
- Drive technical innovation and implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines and testing methodologies.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward technical challenges.
