Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and solve complex technical challenges.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the application stack and implement optimizations to enhance speed and user experience.
- Agile Leadership: actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and experience with API design (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
