Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications and APIs using modern technologies.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to drive product innovation.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote/hybrid setting.
