Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that drive our business forward. This is an immediate hire position, so we are looking for candidates ready to start ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions in real-time.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
