Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments efficiently.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# (Java is preferred for this role).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
