Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions

- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, load) and performance tuning
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend technology improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
