Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing legacy systems for performance and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (preferred).
