Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/Azure
- Lead technical architecture decisions for high-traffic SaaS platforms
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime SLA
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct proactive security audits and implement zero-trust architectures
- Present quarterly technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in distributed systems and Kubernetes orchestration
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready cloud solutions
- Strong background in CI/CD automation (Jenkins/GitLab)
- AWS/Azure certifications (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Experience mentoring engineers through career growth phases
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs
