Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring robust architecture and scalability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Frontend Knowledge: Solid understanding of JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Database Skills: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
