Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on software quality and best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and bottlenecks in the development process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
