Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and user features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure engineering best practices.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for maximum efficiency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, and back-end services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
