Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Development Lifecycle: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality features on time.
- Code Reviews: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance across the team.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and implement robust solutions to prevent future failures.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Agile Leadership: Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on delivering robust solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
