What You'll Do:
Build robust, scalable software solutions that power our client's success. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality across the board.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to our tech stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks (React.js preferred) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
