Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions designed for high-volume production environments.
- Lead technical strategy discussions to define the technology stack for our 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing).
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, distributed systems, and database architecture.
