Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA to define features and deliver high-quality products.
- Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to code reviews to elevate the overall engineering standards of the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular), Python, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a major plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Urgency: Ability to hit the ground running and meet tight deadlines in an Agile environment.
