Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for maximum efficiency.
- Agile Collaboration: actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Testing & Deployment: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure robust testing strategies and oversee smooth CI/CD deployments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on architecture and design decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in front-end frameworks (React, Angular) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
