Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews and conduct troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to architectural discussions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a modern backend language (e.g., Java, Python, or Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
