Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across development teams
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps automation initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architectural guidance

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Java/Python preferred)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases
- Proven track record of architecting enterprise-grade applications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
