Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform root cause analysis for production incidents, and drive technical best practices across the team.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance and database queries to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or Go, and familiarity with modern frameworks (Spring, React, Node.js).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
