Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using AWS/Azure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews

- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins/GitLab
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Proven experience with distributed systems design
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience
