Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on performance and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of engineering excellence.
- Optimize existing software for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and a major framework (React or Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
