Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Node.js/Python)
