Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
