Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing systems to identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve speed and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliverables.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, debugging, and deploying code to production environments.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Databases: Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
