Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS cloud services
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins and Terraform
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java)
