Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Develop RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for client applications
- Conduct performance testing and security audits
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Stay current with emerging DevOps and cloud-native technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Proven track record of leading production systems at scale
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
