Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct performance testing and implement system enhancements
- Stay current with emerging technologies (containerization, serverless)
- Drive architectural decisions for enterprise-level solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with Python/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong background in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
