Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices architecture using Java/Python
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) for high-transaction systems
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
