Role Overview:
In this role, you will lead our search engine optimization efforts, ensuring our clients dominate their market niches. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and account managers to execute high-impact SEO campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexation issues, and site speed problems.
- Keyword Strategy: Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to develop data-driven content strategies.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking structures for maximum search visibility.
- Link Building: Develop and execute white-hat link building campaigns to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
- Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate monthly reports using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with copywriters to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all web content.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a full-service agency environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to perform on-page optimizations.
- Tools: Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify.
