Responsibilities
- Strategic SEO Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and domain authority.
- Technical SEO Auditing: Conduct deep-dive audits of website architecture, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup to ensure optimal crawlability and indexability.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions for target keywords and user intent.
- Link Building & Outreach: Execute high-quality backlink campaigns and manage PR outreach to build a robust, authoritative link profile.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console; provide monthly reports with actionable insights and growth strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of algorithm updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of increasing organic traffic for mid-to-large-sized websites.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles; proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
