Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues impacting crawlability, indexability, and ranking performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive keyword research strategies to target high-intent, high-volume search terms relevant to our niche.
- Lead on-page optimization initiatives, collaborating with content teams to ensure semantic relevance and user experience excellence.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through white-hat outreach and relationship building.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to advise leadership on necessary strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Deep technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
