Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversion rates for key client accounts.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexability issues, and Core Web Vitals opportunities.
- Lead keyword research and gap analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate closely with web developers and content teams to implement schema markup, canonical tags, and site architecture improvements.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) to report on ROI and KPIs.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates (e.g., Helpful Content, Core Updates) and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead specialist role.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and technical SEO fundamentals (XML sitemaps, robots.txt, hreflang).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client reporting and stakeholder management.
- Experience with content optimization and link-building strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
