- Develop and implement keyword strategies, content optimization plans, and link-building campaigns to improve search rankings.
- Analyze web analytics data (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console) to track performance metrics and report on ROI.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all copy is optimized for target keywords and adheres to SEO best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the department's SEO roadmap.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic website maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
