Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement remediation strategies to improve site health and crawlability.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and untapped market segments.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and content structure, to align with evolving search intent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, content creators, and designers) to implement schema markup and improve Core Web Vitals scores.
- Monitor ranking performance and traffic trends using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable weekly reports.
- Develop and manage a high-quality backlink profile through outreach and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving significant organic traffic growth.
- Deep understanding of Googleβs Search Central guidelines and the latest algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
