Responsibilities
- Technical SEO: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and fix crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data problems to improve Core Web Vitals.
- Strategy & Research: Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to develop actionable SEO strategies that align with business goals.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content creators to optimize web pages, blog posts, and landing pages for target keywords while ensuring high-quality user experience.
- Link Building: Develop and execute a white-hat link building strategy to improve domain authority and organic ranking.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing regular reports to stakeholders on traffic, rankings, and ROI.
- On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Optimize meta tags, headings, image alt text, and internal linking structures while managing external backlink profiles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic search traffic and rankings for enterprise-level websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML sitemaps. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or custom).
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams.
