Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings for target keywords.
- Technical SEO: Lead technical audits and collaborate with engineering teams to improve site architecture, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content creators to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and digital assets for relevance and user intent.
- Link Building: Manage and execute high-quality off-page SEO campaigns to build domain authority and acquire premium backlinks.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of increasing organic traffic and ROI for enterprise-level brands.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and technical SEO best practices.
- Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other web analytics platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable business recommendations for cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
