Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a 2026-ready SEO strategy focused on AI-driven search results and zero-click opportunities.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives, ensuring site architecture supports scalable indexing and Core Web Vitals on a global scale.
- Analyze predictive search trends and emerging data signals to guide content strategy and keyword forecasting.
- Optimize digital properties for voice search, visual search, and multi-modal AI interactions.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate predictive modeling into our SEO reporting and decision-making processes.
- Conduct competitive audits focusing on future-proofing our market positioning against emerging tech giants.
- Mentor junior SEO specialists and establish best practices for AI-assisted content workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in advanced SEO, with a proven track record of driving significant organic traffic growth.
- Deep understanding of Search Generative Experience (SGE), Google's SGE, and the implications for content strategy.
- Proficiency in advanced technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console API).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python, JavaScript) for automation and data scraping is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and agency relationships.
