Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future of intelligent systems? Nexus Core Systems is seeking a visionary Senior Quantum-Ready AI Architect to spearhead our initiatives leading up to 2026. In this pivotal role, you will define the technical roadmap for integrating emerging AI paradigms with next-generation quantum computing infrastructure.
We are not just building software; we are building the digital substrate for the year 2026. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable, fault-tolerant systems that leverage Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
Why join us?
We offer competitive equity packages, remote-first flexibility, and the opportunity to work on projects that redefine human-machine interaction.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI solutions that are scalable, secure, and optimized for future quantum hardware.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring and integrating cutting-edge AI frameworks, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and federated learning.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Ensure system reliability and performance under high-concurrency loads typical of 2026-scale applications.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep understanding of classical algorithms and exposure to quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience designing microservices and distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
