Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical neural network architectures optimized for 2026 computational paradigms.
- Conduct research on quantum gate optimization, error correction, and decoherence mitigation to enhance model stability.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists and software engineers to deploy scalable AI solutions.
- Develop novel algorithms capable of processing massive datasets beyond the reach of classical supercomputers.
- Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices for quantum software development.
- Collaborate with hardware partners to integrate neuromorphic chipsets into our AI ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch Quantum, TensorFlow Quantum, or Qiskit.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, tensor calculus, and quantum information theory.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum hardware providers (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, Google AI Quantum).
- Demonstrated ability to publish high-impact research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature).
