Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications.
- Conduct research into emerging quantum error correction and neural network integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Optimize existing models to run efficiently on hybrid quantum-classical architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the 2026 Division.
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and participate in academic collaborations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical analysis.
- Proven track record of publishing research or delivering production-level AI systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
